Description

This EPIC 6, 3100-litre shallow dig septic tank is suitable for a property up to and including 4 bedrooms or 6 full-time residents. EPIC Shallow dig septic tanks are manufactured by WTE Ltd from HDPE, making them lightweight and easy to manhandle. The EPIC Septic tank is suitable for septic tank applications in dry sites where the water table never rises above the base of the excavation.

EPIC septic tanks should only be installed on a concrete base, and the excavation should be backfilled using concrete (please see the installation manual for more details). Failure to install in concrete will invalidate the tank warranty.

Shallow dig septic tanks benefit from reduced installation costs as they require less soil disposal and a reduced excavation depth over traditional spherical septic systems.

The standard invert for this tank is 325mm; additional risers can be purchased to provide deeper depths in increments of 100mm.

Please note that septic tanks are not suitable for discharging to a watercourse, and that you will need to install a drainage field. If you are discharging to a watercourse, you should install a sewage treatment plant.

FREE delivery of this product includes mainland England and Wales and is subject to suitable access for a high-sided large goods vehicle. It is the customers' responsibility to provide suitable mechanical offloading facilities (eg. forklift, excavator or similar) to offload this tank.
