We always aim to offer our customers the lowest price we can, however, occasionally you might find a competitor selling at a cheaper price. Let us try to beat or at least match it! We want you to buy from us so promise to always try our best, although we cannot guarantee to beat every price.
To take advantage of our price match contact the TFE sales team with the following information to allow us to verify the quote you have been given or seen:
- Email us a copy of the quote you have received (quote must include: date, supplier, model number, product description, manufacturer – all the things we need to ensure we are attempting to price match on a like for like basis)
- The price, model & manufacturer of the product, along with the supplier including their address and website where the lower price is shown.
TFE price matching is subject to the following conditions:
- All compared prices must be for identical products by the same manufacturer and be available to purchase from approved retailers inside the UK.
- We do not price match auction sites, second hand or refurbished products.
- Price matching excludes delivery and VAT costs
- We will not match out of date websites or non-bona fide Companies
- Price match is not available on orders already placed or delivered
All price matching is at the discretion of TFE and whilst we will try our best to match a figure we have no legal obligation to do so.
