Tanks For Everything recommends that you read this returns and refund policy carefully and in all cases strongly suggest you check dimensions and product suitability before purchasing, as returns can be costly, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item (as explained below). Some items, including steel tanks, GRP tanks, plastic water tanks and items which the manufacturer has made to bespoke dimensions or modified to include additional outlet/ inlet fittings, colours and pumps etc, are non-returnable. Other products, such as WRAS-approved booster sets, may not be returnable due to hygiene reasons.
In all cases, items must be returned in a 100% original, unfitted/installed condition, in the original packing and fit for resale.
Refunds will be for the original sale price and will not include the original delivery cost.
Items can be returned for up to 14 calendar days from receipt of the goods. Once the item has been returned and checked over, we will credit your original payment (minus any agreed charges, if applicable) to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of the item's return. If you cancel your order before dispatch, your payment will be returned within 14 calendar days, again via. your original payment method.
If you need to return a product, contact us first to obtain the address to which the item should be returned. We are UNABLE to receive returned items at our office address in Bristol.
We recommend that all items be sent back via. a recorded/tracked method of delivery for your own records.
Returns made by business customers will be subject to an administration charge levied by the manufacturer, ranging from 20% to 35%. This cost will be deducted from the refund and covers their admin costs, checking over of the product and storage before resale.
