Marsh PORTAPURA Sewage treatment plants are compact and portable sewage treatment plants. These treatment plants can be installed above or below ground and are available in Population Equivalents (PE) of 2, 3 and 5, making them ideal for small domestic premises, temporary buildings, mobile homes or workshops. Their portability means they can be emptied and stored when not in use.
The Marsh PORTAPURA sewage treatment plants work like a traditional sewage treatment plant and can discharge to a drainage field or watercourse.
Whilst compact, the PORTAPURA unit still complies with BS EN 12566 and provides a final effluent within the parameters of the recommended EN standard. In fact, the Ammonia discharge at 0.7mg/ltr is 25 times lower than the recommendation in the EN Standard!
