Harlequin portable AdBlue dispensers are ideal for refilling vehicles out on-site or at a remote location. As long as the AdBlue Storage tank is used on a vehicle (and not as a static dispensing tank) there is no need for it to be bunded under the ADR or Environmental regulations.
