The Whisspurr™ is an Acoustic Vibration Reduction Unit (AVR) by Charles Austen is designed to reduce vibration and noise from diaphragm compressors used in sewage treatment plants.

Developed by Marsh Industries the AVR1 is suitable for fitting to sewage treatment plants between 4 and 10PE. Whilst the Whisspurr comes as standard with the Marsh Ultra Range of Sewage Treatment Plants, it can also be specified on other Marsh Products as an add-on.  The Whisspurr is suitable for all types of compressors and can therefore be fitted to other manufacturers' treatment plants air compressors to reduce noise and vibration.
