Description

The new Klargester BioTec+ 2, sewage treatment plant is suitable for properties up to and including 4 bedrooms. The BioTec+ uses proven aerated technology along with a sequence batch reactor process to deliver an improved higher-level water quality over the previous models. As well as being suitable for domestic properties, the BioTec+ 2 with a PE of 6 persons is also ideal for small commercial applications.

BioTec+ Units are supplied with a control panel and a 3-year warranty as standard.

Choosing the right sewage treatment plant is important, as in the case of a property alteration or extension, Building Control will strongly advise for a suitable plant for handling the increased flows and loads of the new development.

Options:

Gravity or Integral Pumped System (IPS):

Gravity is the standard no-cost option, however where the inlet to the watercourse or soakaway is higher than the outlet of the treatment plant you will require the optional Integral Pumped System (IPS) as this will pump the wastewater uphill and into your discharge point. Depending upon site conditions, the IPS system will pump from 1.0m head up to a distance of 200m or a maximum of 6.0m head with a distance of 15m - Please contact us at 0800 0568 350 should you require more information on the IPS and its capabilities.

Invert Depth:

The standard invert depth is 565 mm - 935mm for the gravity version and 765 -935mm for the pumped outlet version. Where a deeper invert is required there is the option of adding risers to increase it to a maximum of 1.45m for both gravity and pumped outlet systems.

Delivery:

We offer free delivery of this product throughout the UK Mainland, including Scotland, provided there is suitable access for a large goods vehicle. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange appropriate mechanical offloading facilities (e.g., a JCB excavator or loader) to unload the tank. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for a hi-ab offload service.
